Ceriatone provides engineering services for your specific amplifier chassis, faceplates, and eyelet/turret boards.
Custom Chassis
- For the chassis, we utilize CNC Laser Cutting services for the cuts, including all the holes, for unmatched accuracy, and quality. We can provide chassis in stainless steel, aluminum, or cold rolled steel with finishing (zinc plating, or powder coat).
- The ends/corners are welded, according to your specifications.
- Please check out the sample pics, as well as sample CAD files, for your ease of drawing to our specs.
- If you cannot work out CAD, we also accept sketch with dimensions, or you can just describe what you want. Extra charge is applicable for CAD drawing and design.
- There is no min order for the chassis, we gladly do just 1 piece.
Custom faceplates
- For faceplates aka control panels, we provide them in either brushed stainless steel with etched letters, or in the Plexi style acrylic/lexan format (silkscreen with color sprayed at the back). The holes are done using CNC Laser.
- There is no minimum order for the stainless steel faceplates.
- But for the Plexi style, min order is 10 pcs per design.
- We can work with Corel Draw, as well as PDF, EPS, AI files. Please ensure the dimensions are correct, and fonts converted to cuves/lines.
Custom Eyelet/Turret Boards
- We can do one offs for the boards. We use G10 fibreglass (green color) for the custom boards, with 1.5mm or 3mm thickness.
- Please provide CAD, PDF, EPS, AI files, with correct dimension. See sample files for an idea.
- We can also also draw the boards for you, based on your sketch. Extra charge is applicable. Higher charges if you can’t make up your mind, or keep changing the design (extra charge + testosterone supplement subscription).
