For custom requests, we require the following: 

1)       Custom Chassis and Boards 

a)       Custom Chassis 

A drawing, preferably in Autocad (dwg extension, saved to R2000 format) be used. We cannot accept drawings made in graphic programs, and then saved as dwg, as nor all vector info are carried in the drawing. Dxf type files, if we can open it, will be fine. 

If not, a sketch of the chassis (even hand drawn) will be fine. However, all dimension info must be provided, including co-ordinates of holes and objects.

Inside the drawing, please specify bending directions, as well as material type and thickness needed. Finish type and color should also be specified. 

b)       Custom Boards 

A drawing, similar to above specification is needed.  

If the board is to be wired up with components, we require a graphical layout. Please see below a sample drawing of how it should be done. 

All information pertaining to the board, such as board thickness, required backer strip, eyelets or turrets, and component types should be given in detail. 

2)       Custom amps 

For custom amps, we will require schematic (if you want us to check that you laid it out correctly or not), as well as the graphical layout.  All relevant voltage points must be given correctly.

Please provide all information necessary, such as type of components to be used, and other relevant information as well. 

We will no longer entertain requests without the information above. Too many mistakes can happen, please do not assume I will assume correctly on everything. 

I am not offering the service of doing the above, please view us just as some drone working for you after you have designed and spec out everything correctly. 

We provide the most affordable rates to do these things,  but will no longer spend time to do drawings or layouts for custom requests.
